We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery.
Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and ensure adherence to best practices.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project-related issues proactively.
Ensure clear communication across internal teams and clients.
Track and report project progress, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

Core Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC).
Experience in client communication and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance practices.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies (optional but preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software industry.
