Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and web services.
Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and optimize queries for performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality assurance.
Stay updated with the latest Laravel features, tools, and industry trends.

Core Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Strong expertise in PHP 7/8 and the Laravel framework.
Solid understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) and MVC architecture.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and JSON.
Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL with strong database design skills.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with Vue.js, React, or Angular for frontend integration.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure).
Knowledge of Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in Laravel development.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
